Good morning, everyone!

We hope you know that we don’t like kicking the can down the street, but it seems like this is what is going on right now. Our time is being taken up with fixing some HUGE GOOFS (not related to Substack or our writing and illustrating)!!!

But Here Is The Good News…

We have started a NEW Substack. This is so that you are not switching back and forth between websites and applications and all that. (Pearl does NOT like having to switch back and forth between food bowls in different locations. She likes it all in one food bowl.)

The new Substack is called The Ancient Words. The banner that we are using is shown above. We did NOT automatically carry over all of our subscribers from The GraciePress Newsletter. Here is a Link you can use to go there.

Any content posted in The Ancient Words may make its way over to The GraciePress Newsletter, but if you want it FIRST, we suggest that you sign up for this New Substack!

SPECIAL NOTE: “The Ancient Words” is how Pearl and her friends, The Songbirds, refer to what People call “The Holy Bible” so everything there will reflect the treasured book and its words.

ANOTHER SPECIAL NOTE: We sometimes use capital articles like “The” even though doing so breaks quite a few grammar and style rules. We do this to indicate that the noun afterwards is a one-of-a-kind, singular person, place, or thing. We hope that this rule-breaking does not negatively affect children and students, but if you think that it will, please let us know in comments or by email.

AND YET ANOTHER SPECIAL NOTE: We have subtitled this as “A Discovery Book” because discovering is what we hope readers will do. We did not want to pass anything off as a “translation” or use similar words because wording of that kind can be misleading. The “Discovery” should occur in the mind and heart of the reader.
